I started out yesterday to do about 20 miles on my bike, in actual fact i ended up doing another 20 miles on top of it. I headed out towards Atherstone passing through Shustoke into Bentley but the first real climb for me just on Atherstone road the long climb into Bentley where i could get my average speed back up. Going through Bentley at a speed i then went down into Baxterly through the forest into Baddesley Ensor and Grendon common then i turned onto the A5 and turned left into Pinwall then a sign appeared "Welcome to Leicstershire" so i stopped and took a picture of it. The next place i was heading was Sheepy magna and down towards Twycross. So when i reached the turning to go left or head back home, i decided to head back home so the only way was down the A444 which headed into Nuneaton and i could get back into Atherstone and the back home so after about 7.5 miles riding i reached Atherstone but i passed through Fenny Drayton and Sibson . So down the A5 i headed to get back nearer home i was tiring by this time, i went so hard at first my poor legs were feeling it i reached merevale lane and i gasped but continued riding but then i had the steepest climb i have ever rode up so after a few cars willing me on up this steep climb and i was at the descent as soon as i descended it was time to climb up another one of these hills before reaching Baxterley. So i was running out of water and i was tired a couple of miles from home and i only had mainly flats to go, so i went as fast as my legs would take me so i got into Coleshill and the little lift i got was i was nearly back. About 2 and a half miles later i was back home.
