Alex is sick so no miles for me today

Alex yesterday came down with a temperature and was telling me he was unwell when we was in Burger king in town, he didn't eat at all normally he loves it and munches it all down. Me and Jeni went out for a Balti leaving Alex with Jeni's mom and dad but as we were on our way back, we had a call Alex had just thrown up everything so we picked him up and took him home about 2 am he threw up again and was up and down all night. So i guess it's the trainer for today with a weight session and out tomorrow morning
