No ride today

No ride today due to illness just as i get back in the full swing of things i come down with a stinking cold on Thursday and it is just clearing thank god for that. I have had a sore throat, headaches, aches and pains so not been able to get on my bike but i got work tonight and i have got to go in on my bike and hopefully i'll have a pretty decent week. I hate being on my saddle.
