The week starts here!

After getting back on my bike yesterday for my regular commute into work. I packed my panniers a little to get a little used to the weight. I travelled well, still recovering from the Flu that i have caught off my son Alex. I didn't want to push myself to much as i knew my chest still isn't right. So i done an extra 1 mile on top of my normal 12 mile round trip. It all helps i suppose.
