Sorry

Sorry haven't gave a write up or anything recently i have been having trouble with the "neighbours". I have been my bike Me and Geoff did a circuit of 6.5miles and we done it in 23 minutes 27 seconds, this was on the touring bike. It was nice to be wearing hardly anything except shots and a jersey with a thin jacket on. This week i have been putting some extra miles in on the way into and out of work even if it's 2 miles it still extra they all count. It is coming up to a year since i started cycling properly well its June. I have already done so much since i first started out on my Townsend Touring bike my first 30 miles inspired me. I am getting stronger and better and it's time to upgrade on my bike as your probably aware of. It will improve me as a rider i think. Alex my 3 year old has his first bike a "numberjacks" bike he hasn't got off it since and it makes me smile every time he goes on it because i know he will enjoy it. Anyway i'm off to bed got to get up and get on the bike.
