Yesterdays cycle ride

I went out with Solihull cycling club yesterday on there club run and it was a very good experience to ride in a pack but you had a wide variety of riders. I set off with Trevor the group organiser at the front pushing our pack along but talking aswell to Trevor. Although i enjoyed the ride and sometimes the pace was very good there were moments when i thought we could of pushed on as a group but some individuals never had the legs to do the milage maybe the heat had something to do with it. For the Cafe stop we split into 2 groups i went with the strongest group and the pace was more like it. The others were friendly and talked to me as if i'd been there before. I'm going to get used to the distance first then try and step up a level to the C run.
Some of the views were stunning and the roads were very quiet.

Yesterdays milage: 66.5 miles
Average speed: 14.7 mph
Top speed: 35.9mph
Elevation gain/loss: 3,192feet/3,195 feet
Total for the week: 114.5 miles
