half hour on the trainer then the dreaded ride into work!

I went on my trainer early this morning while listening to the podrunner and i have just downloaded another one but it is a cycling podcast called Fredcast. Meanwhile i have to go to work tonight on my bike or i could catch the bus but decided to ride in i might finish early in the morning and it is going to drop below minus 2 tonight so i'm going to have to be more careful than i am.
