Is it a classic cyclist versus motorist

Ok so we had no snow but when i left work it was raining something i have rode in before but the conditions were bad. Crazy drivers, spray off lorries and inconsiderate car drivers these are some of the normal modern things that we have to put up with as a cyclist but this country has no considiration at all not one bit overtaking with small distance between you and the car, in patience of driving slowly behind and pass at a careful point both safe for the driver and cyclist. Ok so i maight be going on but these things really annoy me. Cars curb crawling, blocking up the junctions and the cars think they are the only things on the road. Drivers on mobile phones at junctions in the pouring rain, not looking properly at junctions thinking you can stop in an instance. I don't know what its like in other countries but it can't be as hectic as this country!!!
