power trainer

I was thinking of buying a power trainer to help me through these winter months, so i had a go of Geoff's it is harder than actually riding on the road theres more friction between the tyre and turning aid instead of gliding along the road. To help me stop sweating i had a fan on and a drink on the side of me. I had Geoffs i-pod with a beat on it to help establish a rhythm, i'm definetly going to get one.
